SECURITY POLICY & PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

 

The online Self Training Tool of the Integrative Autism Parents’ Training Project, represented hereby by Autismo Burgos, is paying off great importance on legal processing, security and protection of your personal data, in your capacity of participant in the testing of the self Training Tool.

Please read these terms carefully and the relevant Security and Privacy Policy Data of our Organization. By using the self Training Tool, you unconditionally accept the practices described herein.

1. What is your personal data

Every piece of information, on paper or electronic means, belongs to your personal data which may lead, either directly or in combination with other data, to your unique identification or to your localisation as a natural person. This category includes, as the case may be, elements such as your Name, residence or electronic  addresses (emails), details on academic Education or; Professional experience, landline and mobile phone numbers and any other information that allows  your unique identification, according to the provisions of the General Personal Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), of the currently applicable national Legislation and of the decisions of the Personnel Data Protection Authority Character (APDPX).

2. What personal data we collect about you

During the registration process, we store your name, your email and your country of origin. We will process and protect your personal data.

Your personal data will be stored under protection as long as the European authority can audit the project.

Processing with your consent

Our platform will use your personal data for the following legitimate processing purposes, within the framework of the cooperation between us or if you provide your explicit and specific consent namely:

 For allowing your participation in the testing of the Self Training Tool

 For reasons of "internal" assurance of the quality of the Tool

 For internal operations and analysis such as internal management, use of information systems administration, and control.

4. What are the collection and processing principles

This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about the terms of collection and processing and transmission of your personal data that may to collect as Controllers or Processors.

We apply all the Processing Principles of GDPR 2016/679 (legality, objectivity, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, time constraint storage, integrity, confidentiality and accountability).

We protect and secure your Rights to the use of your Personal Data (updating, access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, opposition and non-automated download profile-based decisions), as specified in the GDPR and in European and national legislation.

5. What are the ways of collecting personal data

We collect your personal data with your consent and acceptance of terms of use of each of our services, such as:

 when you call our numbers, when you email us or fill out request for information or for an Educational program.

 in the context of the implementation of Trainings

 when you voluntarily subscribe to print or electronic catalogs to receive in print, online or by SMS

informational or other marketing materials or renew them these preferences

 when you visit our websites through which we collect, through cookies, the necessary information from your terminal device and your browser.

6. Cookies Policy

In compliance with the relevant European e-Privacy Directive 2009/136/SE (which will soon be replaced by a Regulation) our platform uses "cookies". Cookies are online "tools" for collecting and analyzing information from cooperating third-party websites operators or from social networking platforms, in order to measure traffic, improve the operation, content and overall appearance of our website and adapt to the needs of our Customers.

By using our own platform, you agree (opt-in) to the processing of your personal data collected by search engines or social networks, such as e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook social plug-ins, Google+ etc. (in which there is no involvement, influence or control on our part) and which are transmitted either within or outside the European Economic Area (28 EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), for which these third parties are solely responsible.

If you do not wish third parties, such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. to receive information from your browser, when you visit the Company's websites, you can opt out by making the corresponding choice as provided by the respective Usage Policy available on the website of each such third party part.

Although most browsers automatically accept the use of cookies, you can always change the settings on your computer, choosing not to accept cookies, or being asked to accept each of them separately. However, you should be aware that this will limit the range of browsing options available to you on each website.

7. Transmission of your data to third parties

As a rule, our platform does not transmit your personal data to third parties except when clearly required by the Legislation.

In any case, we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal information is transferred, stored and processed in accordance with appropriate security standards and procedures and in accordance with the terms of this Policy and applicable Data Protection Laws. We share the information you give us only in the ways described in this Policy.

9. Targeted information / information

We may use your personal data together with other information we have collected (basic contact information such as name / Company / Telephone / Address / email) for your own better information / information, (emails, informative Newsletters etc.) concerning all the agency's actions.

However, we do not use automated tools to identify and evaluate your consumer profile and general preferences with other personal information (such as your email address) in order to display advertisements or send you personalized offers. In addition, we do not share your personal information with third parties so that they can send you relevant advertisements, unless you have expressly consented to them.

11. Applicability of Security and Privacy Policy

Any changes to this Policy will apply to information collected from the date the revised version is posted, as well as to existing information we hold. The use of the website after the publication of changes implies your acceptance of these changes.
